Extruders

Part of the Bailey System Extruder line to be used with either the System 1 Manual Drive Frame or the System 3 Power Drive Frame. *Drive Frames must be purchased separately.

If you are extruding a large 8" square or round form, use this X shaped brace to support the outer corners of the inner die plate. This will prevent the corners of the inner die from flexing down under load and extend the life of your die.

Stainless steel braces to be used with Bailey's die sets. See below for further information.

11 x 13 Baltic Birch die plate with a 4", 6" or 8" Round cut-out. Includes System Braces and a round insert to create a hollow tube. Walls of the tube are approx. 1/2" thick. This form can only be used with the 9" Extruders/Barrels.

5 x 6 aluminum die plate with various sized cut-outs. Includes Standard Die Brace and an insert to create a hollow tube. Walls of the tube are approx. 1/4" thick.

The Shimpo 4 IN 1 Extruder die set for their Handheld Extruder comes with 9 dies and 1 block out die.
