The Bailey System 1 Manual Drive Frame is designed for use with any Bailey Extruder System Barrel. Barrels bolt to the Drive Frame and can be interchanged depending on the size of the extrusion desired. The heavy duty handle assembly provides maximum leverage for easy clay extruding. The entire plunging assembly pivots to the side to provide ample clearance for loading the barrel with clay. A plunger safety stop protects the tube brace from being damaged by the plunger. Because Bailey Extruder System Barrels are removable they are easy to clean.

You must purchase a barrel to complete your clay extruding system. Each barrel is designed to cover a specific clay extrusion range. To choose the correct barrel, use the guidelines below:

The 4" Barrels will extrude small to medium clay forms- handles, coils & hollow tubes up to 2-1/2" square or 3" round.
The 5" Barrels will extrude medium size clay forms- 2"-3" square or round tubes.
The 9" Barrels will extrude medium to large clay forms- 2"-3" tubes (w/Die Adapter), 4"-8" tubes.
The Tile Barrel will extrude clay tiles up to 6" wide and narrow rectangular tubes.
The Tile Adapter expands the Tile Barrel to produce clay tiles from 6" to 14" wide and narrow rectangular tubes.

Mounting: The Bailey Extruder System 1 Drive Frame will mount to any structural wall, or to the Cutting/Removal Wall Bracket. The Cutting/Removal Stand cannot be used with the System 1 Drive Frame.
