The Bailey Standard 9 Clay Extruder is designed to extrude medium to large sized clay forms up to 8" across. The barrel is permanently welded to the drive frame and cannot be changed. It is made of mild steel and should be cleaned and dried when not in use to minimize rust. The Plunger Arm assembly features an extra long handle and movable shackle for the best leverage while extruding. The Bailey Standard 9 Clay Extruder comes with wall mounting hardware, (1) 8" Clover die, (2) 11" x 13" Birch blank die plates, (1) 5" x 6" coil die and the Die Adapter.

Extrusion Range:
From Expansion Box: 4" x 8" hollow clay forms
With Die Adapter- Multiple solid clay coils (single small solid clay coils will not extrude well from this barrel due to the amount of clay the barrel holds- the 4" Barrel is recommended for single solid clay coils), hollow tubes from 2" - 3" square or round.
