Lead times for out of stock Tucker’s clay bodies can vary between a few days and a few weeks (or more) based on where we are in the production schedule. We have “enabled back orders” on Tucker’s Clay which allows customers to add out of stock clay bodies to their order. A member of our staff will then be in touch with an estimated lead time.
Tucker’s 10-80 Functional Porcelain is an excellent, all-round and dependable porcelain. Very good throwing qualities are achieved by the moderate addition of the best white-firing ball clays available. It is not as white firing as 10-85 and is a little easier to work with. This clay fires white.
