Tucker’s Pottery Supplies can ship worldwide. We offer local delivery rates on all sizes of orders for those in our local delivery area (see map and details provided below). All other orders being shipped to Canada and the US under 68kg (150lbs) will ship through UPS or Canada Post with rates automatically calculated at check out. Orders above 68kg (150lbs) or to all other countries will be quoted individually through appropriate freight providers.

Return Policy
Stocked items returned unused and in new condition within 30 days will receive a full refund. The returnability of custom order items is subject to review and a re-stocking fee may be charged. Items marked final sale cannot be returned. Contact us at [email protected] to request a return authorization. Refund will be processed via original payment type.
